Armand Aguillon’s Biography #1

Armand Aguillon is the founder of Great Gold Coast Homes, a Gold Coast local real estate agent who helps his property sellers sell their property at the price that they want and guide buyers through the property buying process thereby creating a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction.

Armand is a local resident in the Gold Coast area for many years. He created this website to assist, empower and educate local residents and investors in the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

Armand does this by sharing tips and articles about property investments and providing local and
timely statistics, via this website, using different video platforms and social media.

Before devoting his work full time as a real estate agent, Armand served for a number of years as
an Investor Services Manager for a Funds Management company. Armand was instrumental in
helping the fund become the best perfoming Australian share strategy fund and outperforming its
peers in the same category, 3 years consecutively as published by Morningstar.

Armand was recently interviewed to contribute a chapter to a book titled, “The Start: Journey To
Entrepreneurship,” which hit #1 best seller lists in at least 3 categories at Amazon beating some
well known books and entrepreneurs… people like Elon Musk, Eric Reis, Peter Thiel & Gary
Vaynerchuk.

Armand was also featured in “Your Investment Property” magazine (Sep 2016 edition), one of the leading property magazines in Australia. His interview featured tips on how he was able to purchase US properties for $1 without having to travel in US.
